Solution: If you require subscription functionality with Apple Pay, you may need to explore third-party solutions like Stripe, which supports subscriptions globally. Instead of Shopify payments use stripe.

How do I activate Apple Pay for subscription apps in Shopify

Ensure that Shopify Payments is enabled in your store.

  • Go to Settings > Payments in your Shopify admin.
  • In the credit card payment provider section, click Manage.
  • Locate the Wallets section and select Apple Pay.
  • Click Save to enable Apple Pay
